A special one day Convention for Youths and devottees at Kolkata on 20th January 2013

Dear Devotees & Friends,

You might be glad to know that a special programme has been organized
as a part the 150th birth anniversary celebrations of Swami
Vivekananda at Kolkata on 20th January 2013. The schedule of the
programme is attached herewith. The delegate fee for youth between the
age of 16 to 25 years is Rs. 50 only and for other devotees is Rs. 250
only.(inclusive of cost of lunch, snacks, tea etc.) The
accommodation arrangement will have to be done by us.

We have organized a trip to Kolkata as under.

17-1-2013 ( 1:00 a.m.) Departure for Kolkata from Vadodara by
12833( Ahmadabad Howrah Express)

18-1-2013 Arrival at Kolkata; noon time

18-1-2013 Visit to Kolkata cities

19-1-2013 Visit to Belur Math, Dakshineshwar, Mayer
Badi, Cossipore,etc.

20-1-2013 Youth Convention at Netaji Indoor Stadium

21-1-2013 Visit to Kamarpukur

22-1-2013 Visit to Jayarambati

23-1-2013 Visit to Kolkata zoo, Victoria Memorial, etc.

23-1-2013( 11:45 a.m. ) Departure from Howrah by
12834 ( Howrah-Ahmedabad Express)

The expected expenditure of the tour including Local conveyance,
residence arrangement, etc. will be approx. Rs 3000 per delegate. The
interested delegates must book their to & fro tickets as early as
possible. At present 250 tickets are available, but after one day,
waiting list may start. Please let us know at the earliest, whether
you have booked the ticket and whether you are interested to join the
group.
