JOB PROFILE
We have more than 40 vacancies for fresher/experienced MCA / BE (CE/IT) / ME (CE/IT) / B. Tech (CE/IT) / M. Tech (CE/IT) graduates in PHP/ASP.NET technology for our Ahmedabad location. Candidate must be strong with technical fundamentals and should ideally have a decent academic record. They should also have done some projects either in ASP.NET / ASP / PHP / J2EE / JSP during their academic learning / professional career.
They will have a tremendous learning opportunity to work on various software life cycles including requirement specifications, analysis and design, implementation, testing, deployment and maintenance.
Knowledge of ASP.NET/PHP/SEO/Software Testing methodologies and database would be advantageous, but if not full training will be given.
ELIGIBILITY
- Science stream students who have secured at least 50% aggregate in all 10th, 12th and MCA / BE / ME
OR (any of the below criteria should match)
- Diploma to Degree (D2D) students
- Science stream (12th ) BCA/PGDCA grads currently pursuing their MCA
- Throughout English medium students (including their schooling)
are eligible to appear for the interview / selection procedure.
SELECTION PROCEDURE
Eligible students need to pass following 3 rounds of selection process successively:
1) Written Examination (Elimination round)
Comprises of C/C++ & Database (both MCQ's and descriptive answers), Aptitude Test (MCQ's) & General English (MCQ's)
Passing criteria : Need to secure at least 50% in each respective section
Total Time : 3.30 Hours
Venue : Would be held at our Ahmedabad office
2) Practical Examination
Cracking of C/C++/PHP/ASP.NET challenges.
Passing criteria : Need to successfully complete 3 tasks assigned in C/C++ or PHP or ASP.NET. Your analytical, logical, reasoning and comprehension ability would be tested.
Total Time : 2 hours
Venue : Would be held at our Ahmedabad office
3) Technical Interview
A panel of 3 interviewers would gauge your technical knowledge, skill, adeptness & orientation. You may anticipate technical questions on C, C++, Database and other computer languages you have been acquainted.
Total Time : 0.30 to 1.30 hours
Venue : Would be held at our Ahmedabad office
Service Terms and Conditions
If you are selected, you are required to give a 2.5 years of commitment (initial 6 months will be probation comprising 3 months on-the-job training). Level of commitment differs based on the candidate's overall job experience and skill sets.
Starting salary will be as per the industry standard, with regular appraisals. There are no constraints for really bright and promising candidate.
Candidates with interest in further studies / going overseas for further education should not apply. You need to enter into a service contract with the company for the commitment of 2.5 years with applicable security and training deposit.
