Job title	Sr. Software Engineer in Test (QA/QC)
Reports to	QA Manager

Job Description:

1. Contribute to the functional and non-functional testing activities for features and enhancements.

2. Good in different flavours like Black box, End to End testing, Functional, Regression, Performance and Stress load testing.

3. Should assist development and support with the customer issues – reproducing as well as verification.

4. Support sustenance releases with bug verification and regression/performance testing activities.

5. Work with Agile process for iteration based development/QA.

6. Development of automated tests.

7. Quality assurance for new functionalities.

8. Mentoring juniors and team player. Show maturity in terms of execution and ownership.

Desired Profile:

1. B.tech/ MCA or M.tech

2. Mini. 3 years of experience in all flavors of testing like functional, stress load, regression, UI.

3. Expert knowledge of Web technologies and trends

4. Basic understanding of CSS, HTML, JavaScript, HTML5, JQuery, Flash

5. Experience in using tools such as Selenium, Win runner or Load Runner will be added advantage.

6. Basic SQL knowledge is required. Should be able to fire basic queries

Location: Ahmedabad, India

Salary: Up to 3.8 lacs per annum
