Realism is written in capital letters for me, because without realism the fun of the game suffers extremely and the FM is supposed to be fun.
In order to guarantee realism, all files have been and will be created in the extended rules of the editor (well, the basic rules can't do anything either ;D) and mainly contain changes in the following areas:
* Real values when sources are available. Calculated values according to the average expenditure of a nation (wages etc.) to ensure that clubs are represented as realistically as possible financially.
** Real values when sources are available. Calculated similarly to TV money to ensure balance.
* This year there are two different files for North Korea. As the only information currently available about this country is that a league is being played, but not who is participating, etc., the files for North Korea are different. I have decided to build a file completely without a league and a file with a "fantasy league" (last available status). - Please use only one of the two files!

Thanks ! just to be sure, what did will be the difference if i compare this with the gibraltar official file? i noticed a different 'end' table but groups are correctly split after 10 games. did you change anything else that could be important? just so i know i wait for your updated file or not The official file is fine concerning brexit rules and squad rules (holidayed one season).
The biggest difference is mainly that my files are matched with @Daveincid's and therefore the finances are correct and that the file is from me and not SI - The final table looks different for me, because SI always does the split of the league within a stage, but I find that ugly and always create new stages for it. Makes no difference on the whole. Also, the squad rules for the second division at SI are wrong, I dug up a document somewhere. ^^

Thanks for the link! I can adapt it for V3, but to be honest I don't know how the teams get selected. It makes sense that the champions of both leagues plays in it, but why the 10th place of Japan, but on the other side the runner-up of Thailand? Weird. Also the format for 2022 is weird. Japanese teams get 2 games and the Thai only one?

Bradford also reports that the limitations on Tesla megapack production will be lifting. The Tesla factory only had one of two lines running and has been producing 4 GWH per quarter which is about 16 GWh per year. This is about $1.5 billion of revenue and $500 million of profits each quarter. Bradford says the limitations were silicon carbide chips.
Tesla expanding to four lines and 80 GWh would be $40 billion per year in revenue. This would be about $8-10 billion per year of profit. Tesla has about $10 billion of net income this year for all of the car business. IF Tesla expands to 80GWH/year of megapacks then this will more than double profits for 2024 versus 2023.
They are averaging 12-15 megapacks per day but have the current capacity for 18 megapacks per day. Megapacks for 4 MWH of energy per unit. This would mean about $2 to 2.5 Billion in megapacks for the quarter. However, the revenue is not recognized until the packs are installed and connected to the grid which can take 1-3 months after they are made.

Tesla acquired land in Shanghai to build a megapack battery manufacturing plant, a Chinese state media outlet said December 22. Production at the plant is expected to begin during the fourth quarter of 2024.
According to Reuters, the company paid $31.13 million for use rights to a 48.7-acre plot near an existing Chinese Tesla plant that produces Model 3 and Model Y vehicles, according to a separate government statement released December 21.
Construction on the project, which will be able to produce 10,000 megapacks annually, is scheduled to begin during the first quarter of 2024. Back in April, Tesla said that it would start construction on the facility during the third quarter of 2023 with production originally expected to commence during the second quarter of 2024.
