But if my system has profibus card on it(the master system is a beckhoff IPC with twincat software and it has profibus card), and I want to connect s120 to profibus can I do that? I dont want to use special card.

To set the S120 drive as a Profibus slave to your Profibus master, you need to download the gsd file for the version of firmware of your CU.And Robert (RB91) already provided you with the downoad link for these gsd files in the forum:
