Annual Meeting this Sunday at 6PM, dinner at 5PM

Good Members of our Cooperative,

This weekend is our Annual Meeting at the Falcon Bowl (across the street from the co-op).  The meeting is from 6PM to 7:30PM on Sunday, May 3rd.  We'll also be serving up a delicious meal (Black Bean Sweet Potato Enchilada with Fair Trade Mole, Southwest Seasonal Salad, an assortment of other fixins and an awesome desert) at 5PM.  The dinner costs $12 for adults, $6 for four- to twelve-year-olds and free for the wee ones.  We're preparing plenty of extra, so don't worry if you haven't already sent in your RSVP.

Hope you all can make the meeting and participate in the running of your cooperative.  An agenda is below.

6:00 PM Welcome, introductions of board members, explanation of voting process.
6:15 PM Business meeting that will include reports from the Board and committees [Finanance, Building and Maintenance, Workers Collective, Membership, Communcations, Human Resources] and an explanation of the rationale for bylaw changes.  Vote on these changes.
