US FIRST Robotics March 22-24 at Chaifetz Arena

It's that time of year again! The Robots are coming! (Hide grandma's medication!)

US FIRST St. Louis Regional Competition invades Chaifetz Arena on the campus of St. Louis University on March 22 through March 24.

The annual event that occurs during High School Spring Break pits teams of high schoolers to construct robots as they battle in a game of sport.

Representing North County are the Robohawks of Hazelwood Central! (Go team 1985! http://www.hawkrobotics.net/)  Other local teams representing North County include Hazelwood West (http://www.shrapnelsergeants2408.com/), Normandy (Team Nyack 2902, http://bit.ly/zwmtaI ), and Orchard Farm School District (Team 3330).

The winner of this competition will go on to battle their bot at the FIRST Championship at the Edward Jones Dome on April 25 through April 28.
