The Florida Wing of the Commemorative Air Force is offering scouts the opportunity to complete all the requirements of the Aviation Merit Badge in a one-day merit badge program.

            Location: Florida Wing Hangar at Deland FL Sidney H. Taylor Field
                  Date: November 1, 2014
                  Time: 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., sign up and issuance of worksheets will take place from 8:00 a.m. until 8:25 a.m.
Preregistration: Mandatory
                  Cost: $5.00 per scout
    Prerequisites: Each scout should obtain a copy of the Aviation Merit Badge book and spend time reading it.
          Uniform: Class A, closed toed shoes
                Lunch: Hot Dogs, Hamburgers, Chips, Beverages, and condiments will be provided.
Qualifying Ages: 12 to 17

Don't delay your registration, class size closes out at 25 registrants!

Scouts will be provided with Aviation Merit Badge worksheets for completion during the day, the worksheets will be signed by our merit badge counselor as items are completed and should be returned to each scout's troop leader for credit. If your troop still uses "blue cards" they will need to be presented by the scout for appropriate sign-offs.
