Name of person RESPONSIBLE for rechartering your unit (not the person picking up the envelope unless he/she is the responsible person).

Responsible Person's email.

Responsible Person's preferred phone number

Please email the information in the order listed, so I can cut and paste it into a spreadsheet.

Remember there will be 2014 rechartering training at 6 PM before the October Roundtable.
