Free Class & Demo Tonight about Riverside's Virtual Group Rides

Hey everyone, 

Just a quick reminder that tonight (Wed, Nov 19, 6pm), there will be a presentation and demonstration on how to participate in Riverside Cycle's off-season virtual rides from the comfort of your home. Refreshments will be served! 

There's no charge for the class nor is there any charge to participate in any of the virtual rides. Just like with our real world rides, this is about community and motivating each other to get or stay fit during the winter. After doing it last season, I definitely entered the spring in better shape than I have in prior years. 

During the presentation, we'll go over the different types of indoor trainers, how they work and how to set them up. And then we'll cover how the Zwift virtual cycling environment works, how to set it up (it works on PCs, phones, tablets, and AppleTV), including how to use it to join Riverside's virtual rides or do your own workouts. Here's a screenshot from last night's ride. Even though it was cold and dark outside, it was fun to still be able to ride with the Riverside regulars from my garage.  Hope to see you tonight!
