Cranksgiving Ride
Hey Riverside Riders!
Join us tomorrow Nov. 15 for the Cranksgiving Ride — a fun and festive way to give back! Join for some or all of the ride.
This will be a casual ride with a SLOWER pace than usual!
Rolling out at 9 AM, we will ride from Riverside to Market Basket, buy non-perishable food, and fill our backpacks. Back at the shop, we’ll weigh and record donations — all going to the Cranksgiving program.
Want more miles, more FUN and more giving? We will keep rolling to Riverside Manchester-by-the-Sea, then Topsfield ( Munroe Velo), stopping at local markets to refill and donate again at each shop.
Can’t make the whole ride? Join us at 9 AM for the first part, Riverside to Market Basket and back again. This will be about 8 miles total and approximately one hour elapsed time.
We’ll finish back in Newburyport — tired but happy, knowing we made a difference. The full ride will be about 60 miles. See RWGPS link below for route.
