SaMR - NEW Starting Time

​Good Morning - 

As temperatures begin to drop the SaMR will roll out from Newburyport at 9AM instead of 8 AM. This should help keep the ride more comfortable on cooler mornings. 

Let's plan to ride the ESSEX route this week, with an average pace of 19 - 20 +/- mph over a course of 52 miles w/ 1900 +/- ft elevation. There will be 1 water stop in downtown Ipswich at approx. Mile 32.
