SuMR’s Are Back (virtually)

Good Morning! 🌞 

I plan to resume SuMR’s next weekend with a transition to indoor rides (vSuMR).

vSuMR’s will be conducted on the Zwift platform with rubber-band mode in effect. Rides will begin at 9 AM each Sunday through March. 

As in the past, for those who wish to chat during the rides we will be using the Riverside Discord channel.
