No vMNR or vTNR this week

Hey everyone, 

I'm away on business this week (as long as the airport gods are working somewhat in my favor). So, there will be no Virtual Monday or Tuesday Night Rides this week. 

We'll return to the normal schedule next week. Additionally, as you hopefully have seen from Tom's emails, I will be leading a class and demo at Riverside Cycles (Newburyport location) next Wednesday, Nov 19 @ 6pm on how to participate Riverside's virtual rides during the off-season. We'll discuss bike and trainer setup, give a demo of how everything works with Zwift (the virtual platform we use for the virtual rides), and toss in some Zwift tips and tricks for those of you who aren't familiar with how it works. It should be a great informational session for anyone who is interested in indoor training in general.

Please let me know if.you have any questions about the session or if you have questions that you'd like to see answered during the session.
