Last week the $%#}£¥€ greenheads managed to sit in on our ride on 1 A til we dropped them in Rowley. Let’s see if we can’t outrun them this week. 🚴♂️🚴♀️🚴♂️🚴♀️🚴♂️🚴♀️🪰🪰🪰🪰🪰 🪰
You know the drill, roll at 5:30pm, 38 miles at 21 +/- mph avg pace, sprint the hills if you wish but regroup at the top.
