Good Morning- 

Tomorrow looks like a superb morning for a ride with temperatures slightly higher than the past few days. 

This week’s route is the Essex loop, a ride of approximately 52 miles with an expected average pace of 19 +/-mph. 

The ride will roll out at 9 AM from Riverside Newburyport. Please be sure to top off water bottles before leaving. There is 1 designated water stop in Ipswich about mile 32 if needed. 

In the event of foul weather and ride cancellation I will email by 7 AM Sunday morning.
