I just wanted to give a heads up that we think we saw/heard 2 coyotes tonight around midnight back in the woods.  We couldn't see them clearly, but the yip/howl/bark sounds were identical to the sounds of coyotes that we looked up online.  Has anyone else seen and can confirm we have coyotes?

I haven't seen any coyotes, but I saw a fox for the first time this morning. It trotted across our backyard and then headed towards the woods, where I lost track of it. We live near the entrance.

We live at the back of the neighborhood by the river. We see a fox fairly regularly and have noticed in the last week that it's behavior has changed. Seems much more nervous and runs instead of trots.

I've lived here for 16 years and I have never seen a coyote but I have seen many foxes.

Yes we have Coyotes. My house backs to the woods along 32. I haven’t seen one in the last 5 years. The first one we spotted my late husband thought it was a wolf because it looked just like one. I did some research and it could have been a coy wolf. The other ones I have seen look like small dogs. A couple of nights ago I heard an animal late at night making that distinctive bark howl sound. I guess they are back. Watch small animals and keep your garbage inside if you can.
