Gum Chains

Oh, I'm so disappointed! Did you know that they don't put the wrapper
around the silver foil on the gum anymore? I had an armload of gum
(and a monster grin on my face about the visual of 58 year olds making
gum chains) and decided I had better open a single pack to be sure.
Horrors. No wrapper. Bought the pack I opened and slumped home.

Unless someone has an idea, we won't get to have a lesson in chain
making........<sniff>

I discovered the same thing, but I did find a store that sold Beemans, and Black Jack gum  ($1.00 a pack).
I bought a couple of packs and made a short one.

Wow. Beemans and Blackjack have wrappers? Gad, what store was I in
where I saw those?????? And no time left! Anyone else know where to
get them?
