I am taking a few minutes to see what I am missing as I gear up for
the big fashion show. Here I was happy I had lost a couple of pounds
before the reunion as I really put some weight on and the reunion was
a motivation.....UGH! Yikes! Well, those photos certainly are a
brutal motivation! ( For me!) I am going to send those pics Scott
( after this week end.....I will be all done ) but I have to thank
you for that great CD.... the Thank you one! How thoughtful....very
nice. ( :
Listen.... John and I enjoyed having everyone at our home and it is
always open to anyone who may be passing by and/or we decide to do
this again! If the crowd gets bigger....we can have it at Emil's in
Chicago! ( John's restaurant )
Looking forward to everyone sharing who they saw and what they thought
of Saturday! RFJH rocked... I know that! Gotta go put out some
fires and put this Fashion Show to rest......2 days and the claws are
out..... meow meow.....I hate this.

I just got back from my trip this week and wanted to say that if you judge
the weekend's success by the smiles (which I do), then it was a great
success (which it was).

I agree that we shouldn't wait another 10 years. I'm available, Irene, the
weekend before Thanksgiving and I know that you have a full ice chest of
beer left over in addition to the pickles.

I just finished that fashion show and can see straight. I can now
sit back and enjoy thinking back to the party! Yes! I still have the
beer!!!!!! We have restocked the wine ( Scott ) and the vodka
( Hall ) the pickles have been enjoyed......and I'm thinking we
should do it! I know Joan said she was going to be in town Nov. /Dec.
Let me know exactly how long that weekend is..... and we can certainly
wrangle something up! It would great to see you and maybe then i can
chat a bit, as I really didn't get to!
That whole week end is open.... Saturday is the Mayor's Ball, in
Addison. I am not sure if we are attending. That would involve John
and I putting on formal wear, of which we are uncertain if we fit!
I'd have get back to you on that date.... but Friday, Sunday,
Thursday.... you tell me , the door ( Paul Bombach door ) is open!
Any one else going to be in town? Let's do it! Seriously!!!!!

I wasn't serious and won't be back there then but hey, if anyone else will
be, have at it! We visited with Hall and Cindy at their place in northern
lower Michigan after the reunion and got some great fall colors, weather in
the 30s and some snow! A shock to our California systems. Last week out
here we were in the 90s but have gotten down to a more seasonably chilly mid
70 range this week. Don't know how you mid-westerners do it.

You better stay in California in Nov where the weather is going to be
much nicer! This snow is way too early! The cold and dampness
too! How Chicago is missing this snow streak is beyond me....but I
have a feeling we will get hit hard... later.

Well Phil, you, your wife( and anyone else) are always welcome to come
by or do a last minute get together should you be in town and have the
time! It was fun! and as much as I would rather be in California,
I'm not going anywhere! ( boo hoo!)
