Ride of Silence

May 15, 2013 7pm @ Legislative Grounds

Cyclists will take to the roads in a silent procession to honor cyclists who have been killed or injured while cycling on public roadways. Although cyclists have a legal right to share the road with motorists, the motoring public often isn't aware of these rights, and sometimes is not aware of the cyclists themselves.

Volunteers are needed to help the organizer, Bryan Goods. In particular, someone is needed to takes photos during the event.

The ride will start from the legislative grounds.

15th ANNUAL CYCLE FOR LIFE

June 9th, 2013

Riverview Health Centre Foundation's annual ride will be held on Sunday June 9th. There are two options - a 24 km ride and a 60+ km ride - both rides are scenic, enjoyable and fun.

Be among the first to see Investors Group Field - Exclusive Field Level Sneak Peak

The Winnipeg Blue Bombers are partnering with Riverview for this year's event. This partnership means that the team is welcoming riders for a VIP turf level "sneak peek" of the Bomber's new home - Investors Group Field.

To register, canvass and donate online click here.

Join Trevor Kennerd and other Bomber Alumni as we cycle for and raise funds for this amazing cause.

Whether you assemble a team or ride as an individual, it doesn't matter. All riders will get an insider's look at the new stadium before its official opening. The Winnipeg Football Club is pleased to join with other corporate sponsors to support Riverview in its efforts to raise funds for the Alzheimer's and Dementia units.
