February Monthly Meeting
Just a quick reminder that the monthly meeting of Bike to the Future will be held this Tuesday February 12th from 5:30-7:00 pm at the Sport for Life Centre (145 Pacific @ Lily). Bikes can be parked inside the building in a locked room that is beside the main doors and in direct view of the security desk. You can view the meeting agenda here. Minutes from our January 8th, 2012 meeting can be found here. Hope to see you there.

Winter Bike to Work Day
More and more Winnipegger’s are discovering the joys of cycling can be extended through winter. Help celebrate winter cycling by registering for Winter Bike to Work Day, which will take place Friday February 15th.

Ice it To Work Day
The second annual Ice it to Work Day also takes place Friday February 15th from 7:00am to 9:00am. Bike to the Future will be hosting a pit stop at the Hugo Docks. Drop by, say hi, and grab yourself a hot chocolate! The first 100 commuters to stop by any of the hosted Pit Stops will receive special surprises and gifts. No registration is required.

Bougeons en hiver: The Jack Frost Challenge!
The Green Action Centre invites you to Get moving with Bougeons en hiver: The Jack Frost Challenge!, an event celebrating winter in Manitoba. Sign up as a team of 1 to 5 to skate, bike, ski, snowshoe, run, or walk a combined total of 130 km during the week of February 9 to 15. Gather your co-workers, family, friends or classmates. Then glide, swish, pedal and crunch your way across the snow to be entered for 'cool' prizes. To work, to school, to the grocery store, or just for fun -- it doesn’t matter!
