A. CALL TO ORDER
Present: Danny Thirakul, Norma Alcala, Kimberly Ramos, Susan Martimo, Carlos Alcala, Maria Grijalva, Parveen Tumbar, Laura Lagacki
B. ACCEPTANCE OF THE MINUTES
Minutes for September Meeting adopted with no objections
C. BUSINESS
1. Brown Act Presentation Budget Approval (300$)
A. *Possible Fundraiser Idea? 5$ for RCDC Members 10$ for non-member?
There was a consensus to not spend any money and Norma Alcala was directed to find someone who can do a Brown Act presentation.
2. Donation to the Maria Grijalva Campaign for Yolo County Board of Education (250$)
Because Yolo County Democratic Central Committee donated $5,000 to the campaign the membership voted unanimously against donating the money to the Maria Grijalva Campaign .
3. Election Events
A. Walking/Phone Banking/ Social Media November 3rd GOTV for RCDC Endorsed Candidates
B. November 6th GOTV/Watch Party (250$ Budget)
With no objections the amount was reduced to $100
RCDC will hold their watch party with the Joe DeAnda for Mayor Campaign
4. Request for Dual Endorsement
A. Laura Legacki WUSD Short Term Race
Because the RCDC bylaws state we can only endorse the number of candidates as there are seats available Laura Legacki was not dual endorsed.

- Chair’s Report
Danny Thirakul will serve as Regio 2 Legislative Affairs Director for the Student Senate for California Cumminty Colleges.
- Member Reports
No Report from the Treasure.
Washington Unified School District Board of Trustees will be voting on a waiver to bypass an election to allow Single Member Districts.
