Greetings, I forgot to send the Dec RCDC meeting minutes. We met for dinner and held our monthly RCDC meeting Monday Dec 23rd. We met at 6:30pm, had a nice dinner and a short meeting.

Members Present: Norma, Carlos, Maria, Carlos Jr, Gloria Villareal. Although, not a member, my son Matthew Grijalva attended as a guest. 

The meeting started at 7pm. We approved the November minutes. We discussed our accomplishments for the 2019 year, including the Bean Feed. The only agenda item was the convention. 

We approval the rental of a van for the Long Beach Convention. We pitched in $100 towards the rental. The rental cost was over $200. RCDC pitched in $100 towards the rental. The ride down to Long Beach went well. I personally spent $432 on my hotel.

The other agenda item was our website. We have a YCCC member who knows how to create websites. He had spent time with us previously explaining the advantage of having a website up to date. We are very excited to have a website in the works.

The meeting ended at 7:25 pm..... when we got our desserts.
