Now that I have a River5 instance hosted at Glitch (https://dew-quarter.glitch.me/), I have ideas for improvements.

As an amateur programmer, I'm happy to try implementing them myself, though I would appreciate some guidance in where in the code they go.

I'm interested in filtering the output of the river.

* I'd like to, on a per-feed or global basis, filter in and out terms. In other words, I want to only see NYTimes World stories that mention "Israel|Jew" and not see JTA stories that mention "Trump|Beyonce"

* I'd like to filter the Twitter feeds produced by twittss.me so that the links are not part of the headline and that they are alive in the body. It would also be great to include the links the way they are on Scripting News.
