New River5, handles RSS-in-JSON feeds

New version of the "davereader" package will now correctly process RSS-in-JSON [1] feeds.

As far as I know there's only one such feed at this time, mine [2]. But that's how these things get started. ;-)

To get the update, 

1. cd into the directory that you're running River5 from.

2. npm update

That will get you the new version of davereader package. 

Then quit and relaunch River5. 

Next up: A new release of Electric River to catch up with all the changes in River5.
