New feature coming for River2

I needed this feature for occupyweb.org, and then Dave Delaney asked for something similar -- he wants to create a community OPML for Nashville, and it occurred to me that it should be a feature in the core River2. Here's a screen shot of the prefs page.

I'm going to operate a Scripting News community river myself.
