Dear MCC Members and Friends,

The MCC Strategic Plan Review Team is inviting you to participate in
this initial Survey which is intended to test Statements of Purpose,
Vision and Core Values.

This Survey will take you less than 10 minutes to complete, and will
be very important in evaluating the success of the approved 2005
Strategic Plan, and in formulating changes for consideration by the
2010 General Conference.
