We just want to give thanks to God- In all things!
There was a home in Marshall that we really liked, and it seemed to
suit the ministry needs like small groups, teens, and college students
to a 'T'. We had been looking at it since I first came to Marshall. We
were waiting to bid on it and it disappeared off of the MLS-It was
going to go to Sheriffs sale because the owner had not made payments-
and this really put a crimp in our plans.
We had settled on the fact that we were not going to be able to be in
the bidding process because we cannot afford two mortgages. But, God is
good- as we were making a 'last ditch effort', our realtor called the
Sherriffs office and the sale has been CANCELLED- giving us the chance
to still be in the process. We don;'t know if we will get the home, but
GOD is on the throne, and we are still in the game by His grace.
This is not to mention we had an appraiser come yesterday- that means a
serious bid has been placed on our house.
We thank you all for your prayers. Please keep us in prayer, because
the bid comes on Friday...and we have an offer on the home in Marshall.

The second one we took- It has a February 20th closing date. Keep
praying that God will favor us on the inspections and etc as we go
towards closing.
We also have a bid in on the Marshall home. Pray that we can get the
home that will best suit ministry and family needs.
