Urgent Prayer Need

Well we have good news and we have bad news.
The good news is that we have arrived in Marshall very safely, with no
issues as far as breakdowns or anything. The weather was GREAT! We
drove our moving van into our new driveway in Marshall and went to
look for our realtor so we could do one final walk through.
When we found our realtor, she explained that she had been on the
phone. There was a 'small' problem. The title search (done this
afternoon- don't ask me why so late in the game) turned up a
discrepancy of $16,000 that the seller needed to come up with to be
able to complete the closing. The seller thought it had been taken
care of but it hadn't.
Please pray for us- we are HOMELESS right now, we have a full moving
van with no where to go- and there is a blizzard approaching! We have
several people committed to helping us move in, and we are trying to
let them all know (consider this a notice) about what is happening.
Please pray:
-That the discrepancy will be worked out (this could take 3-5 days)
-That the mortgage company will forgive the debt so we can go through
with the closing.
-That the current seller will allow us to store our things in the
vacant home so we can at least bring the truck back.
-That Wendy would be able to fly back Sunday safely with no delays.
-That God would show us and the seller His favor. I understand his
family is in the process of moving also.
-That through it all we would show the peace of God.
