Please make sure your password meets the following criteria for complexity: A minimum of 10 characters. Your password must include at least 1 character from each of the following sets: uppercase, lowercase, numerical, and special character. Passwords cannot be reused.
Students may visit the Name and Gender Change Procedures website to learn more about the process. Going through the previous procedure only affects your display name, and not your SDSUid. Your SDSUid will remain the same.
Non-ASCII characters are not passed through to the SDSUid account at this time. The IT Division is reviewing this limitation and is considering adding support for special characters in the first, last, and display-name fields.
Since phone support and email support (or any kind of live customer support) are apparently locked behind being a "paid subscriber", that option is closed to me. So I'm hoping this forum can yield some resolution or else I will have to cancel my debit card in order to fix this.
I made a new gmail account in order to try Adobe Stock without getting millions of "please resubscribe" junk mail. I made this thing as a complete throw-away account, gibberish email address, first name, last name, no recovery phone or email attached, randomly generated chrome password. This thing is unmemorizable and unrecoverable, yes I know this was stupid. Hindsight 20/20.
Then I did something even stupider, I cleared my cookies, so now I am signed out of that account and apparently chrome doesn't remember this account ever existed and neither does Adobe. Is there any way Adobe can find this rogue account with info I entered into the payment details? Such as first name, last name, last 4 digits, expiration date, CVV, etc.? If so, how the heck do I contact them?
WARNING: now you've posted this, scammers may contact you by email or private message. Adobe WILL NOT contact you. These people will want to get your credit card and personal info. It's a tough one for Adobe: the CVV will probably be the same for hundreds of thousands of people, for example.
Without knowing the email address you used, I seriously doubt that Adobe can... or will... try to help, since anything you tell support now is very likely going to look like an attempt to steal your account... but, since you do have an account to post here, you can give it a try
This space is provided by Adobe, but it is not Adobe support
Sorry, nobody here can help with an account or payment problem

I have tried to reset the password but the email never comes thru. I can login with google but the change password will not work because of the current password error. Why is this happening? This solution for logging in is a serious bug that should be handled faster, don't you think?
Hi all i faced the same issue . So the solution for this is if you arr able to loginin abitbucket account using mail go to personal settings>> Account settings . There you will see your name and under that you will see a link as Atlassian account . Click on that and in security try to change password and also check the recovery email provided is corrrect
All of the UIs to change or reset your password are confusing, or require you to already know your password. Please implement standard password management, and don't require people to enter their email on two different pages just to get a password reset email.
I changed my password in gmail and I can successfully login in my atlasian using my email address with changed password but I cant take pull my bit bucket code with new password i can able to take pull with only app password.
The exact same thing is happening to me. I am not able to push my code because I have forgotten my bitbucket password and when I try the recovery email, I am not receiving the email instead it logs me into the bitbucket account. Please help me it is really frustrating.
The linked worked for me. The mail I received was bit delayed... 2-3 mins gap was there and it worked for me. However, with other one also i got the mail almost instantaneously. Hope this will help out you too.
