Bob,
If you got any i'd get the APT as teh cost is not insane like
rehaband. BUT I think that you should focus on pushing your knees out
in the squat, what you describe really sounds liek a form issue. If
there is a true stability issue you want to correct it, not just put a
band aid on, you know?
I feel that Wraps and Sleeves should be used for competition and/or
injury rehab. I have actaully never used my knee wraps as they got
lost in the mail when i needed tehm for a meet last summer, so i
havn't had a reason to even train in them yet.
also, regarding teh shaking, it is VERY common for the shaking to
occur at max or near max weights. When i am doing a max or near max
DL, my leggs shake like leaves when the bar is around my knees, as
soon as it hits lower thigh it stops. nothing to really worry about
unless there is pain associated withthe shaking.
sooooo summary, get sleeves for competition or injury rehab.
