Welcome back!  Having a little hiatus from time to time can actually be a good thing -- it will come back quick.  I like all the rep work!

Hey everyone,

Been awhile (2 years?) since I kept one of these. A brief recent history: trained for strongman last spring, made a ton of progress and ended up tying for second in the under-200 class. Strong points were log press, yoke, farmers, weak points were atlas stones and conditioning. Training was garbage over the summer...I was working more than full time and moving, and i learned towards the end of August that I was taking a medication (Accutane) that was causing a lot of low-T/depression-related side effects. Since stopping that, size and strength has rebounded pretty quickly, and training has been going really well.

General goals for this training cycle are to put on size and increase strength. I'm trying to do some cardio or conditioning twice-ish a week as well. Long-term, my eyes are on the strongman in May and possibly a sanctioned/off-campus comp over the summer.
