Well this update finally adds a "wire tool" which lets you connect wires between different points!
You can easily connect power poles and pylons (all wires at once) or freely string up wires between any two points.
Lines flat cross-wedge rolling machine (analog Forging rolls) WRL series has one (top) flat movable die. A slider is installed on rolling-contact bearings with automatic clearance adjustment allowing to minimize friction losses and avoid clearance in guides when the slider is heated during the rolling process. This is a better type of cross-wedge rolling line than forging rolls. Due to the use of a flat forming tool and a more rigid frame design, the positioning of the rolled workpiece does not require calibration, and the dimensional accuracy in diameter is maintained within 0.1 mm and 0.01 mm for special designs (no elasticity and bending after after rolling).
AMTengineering mills, in contrast to mills of other manufacturers, have a rigid closed structure, designed, depending on the size, for a thrust force from 100 to 1000 tons. programmable flow rate (option) or in manual mode by the operator during routine maintenance. Rolling guides reduce the rolling force by 40% and the drive power of the hydraulic station by 50%, which allows increasing the travel speed of the crosshead (tool drive) up to 180 m / min (in other manufacturers' mills up to 30 m / min). From the operating experience during the operation of the mill in three shifts, the guides without replacement and grinding worked for 12 years. Due to the high rolling speed, the contact time of the hot workpiece with the tool is significantly reduced and, accordingly, the heating of the tool decreases and, as a result, its durability increases (at a high deformation rate, the metal fills the mold much better).
Cross-wedge rolling lines of the WRL series are characterized by the presence of one (top) movable tool. The slider in the machine is installed on roller bearings with automatic clearance sampling, which ensures minimal friction losses and no gaps in the guides when the slider is heated during rolling. Production of parts with a diameter of 6-90 mm.
Cross-wedge rolling lines are best suited for forging and pressing industries aimed at reducing metal waste, improving the technological process in conditions of mass production of parts. According to the experience of our customers, the cross-wedge rolling lines with flat tools of the WRL and WRL TS series allow solving the tasks set for the equipment and closing questions for a long time. Rolling mills produced by our company AMTengineering, supplied to customers, in the mode of 2-3 shift operation due to the incorporated technical solutions have been operated for decades for Mexica, USA and countries in Eastern Europe.
Rolling Line is an independent PC and VR sandbox game developed and published by New Zealand game developer Gaugepunk Games. The game simulates railway modelling with a low-poly aesthetic in which players can explore and create model-train layouts and share them online for others to play. The game had a delayed release of 28 April 2018 for Microsoft Windows initially with HTC Vive support.[1] It now supports almost most VR headsets including Oculus, Vive, Valve Index and WMR headsets.[2]
The game can be played at two scales, one "large" mode where the player is at the typical size of a human viewing a layout, and a "small" mode where the player can experience the layout from a small point of view as if they were a part of the layout itself. In small mode, the player can move with W, A, S, and D keys (or reassign them in the settings menu). The player can also interact with trains, entering them and controlling them via simple control buttons, which include forward, reverse, headlight, cab light, and horn.
The table-top model railways can be operated in the rooms by pointing the hand-held remote controller and selecting a locomotive which will display the speed and the name of the locomotive. Alternatively, the player can drive the selected locomotives from within the cab by switching from the human-sized scale to the model-sized scale and view the layout from the perspective of the driver.[5] While in the miniature scale, dynamic time and weather will be enabled and the environment and skybox extends beyond the shape of the railway. In the room-scale, more rollingstock types can be found within the drawers underneath the tables which can be added onto the layouts to create custom consists.[6][7]
Hubei Nantian Technology Co., Ltd. is a high-speed tool steel manufacturer in China. In order to improve product quality and produce higher-quality and smaller-sized products, the original production line needs to be transformed.
The roll box adopts a plug-in structure, and an eccentric sleeve mechanism is installed in the box to adjust the roll gap. The eccentric sleeve is equipped with an oil film bearing and a roller shaft, and the roller ring is fixed by a tapered sleeve at the end of the roller shaft. The bevel gear box is composed of a box body, a transmission shaft, a spiral bevel gear pair, and a synchronous gear pair. All gears are hard-tooth surface grinding gears, the tooth surface is modified, the tooth root is strengthened, and the precision is grade 5. Correction processing to ensure long-term high-speed and smooth operation. The roll box and the bevel gear box are directly connected by bolts, and part of the roll box box extends into the bevel gear box during assembly, so that the roller shaft gears are respectively meshed with two synchronizing gears in the bevel gear box. All gears are hard-tooth surface ground gears, tooth surface modification, tooth root strengthening treatment, precision level 5. The roller box and the bevel gear box are positioned by two positioning pins, and the roller boxes of the same specification can be interchanged. The spacing of the roll shafts changes the roll gap as the eccentricity of the eccentric sleeve moves symmetrically relative to the rolling line, and keeps the original rolling line and the position of the guide unchanged. Oil film bearings and rolling bearings are Morgan type special bearings. The roller ring is made of tungsten carbide.
That was really creative. Thank you. My use-case needs require a bit more dynamic terrain. Some areas flat, some are a large depressed area, some are somewhat rolling. I might be stuck with just pulling on edges and smoothing them out.
In a multi-line rolling mill for stainless steel, sectional and flat bars as well as wire are produced. The products have different production parameters (steel grades, cross-sections, rolling temperatures, rolling speeds, etc.). Figure 1 shows an outline of the considered plant. In the first processing step, the products are reheated to specific rolling temperatures. Most of them are heated in a walking beam furnace and only a few are heated in induction furnaces. In the next step, the hot products are rolled out to an intermediate square cross-section by a reversing roughing mill. Afterwards, the intermediate products are processed to steel bars or wire in the profile rolling line or to flat steel in the flat rolling line.
At the profile rolling line, see Fig. 2, tool changes are required when the dimensions of the product cross section change. During these tool changes, products are manufactured at the flat rolling line. The following points are important for the throughput and efficiency of the plant:
As a basis for optimizing the start times, models of the processing times of products are developed for all relevant sections of the plant. These models can predict the processing of all products in the form of discrete-event times at which products pass defined points along the line. The optimal start time of a product is then determined based on the event times of the previous product and displayed to the operators on a terminal.
The optimization problem of selecting and sequencing the products is known to be NP-hard. To approximately solve this problem, various heuristic algorithms (local search, simulated annealing, tabu search) are implemented and analyzed. Furthermore, the application of methods to determine exact solutions (branch and bound, constraint programming optimization) is studied, at least to find optimal sequences for subsets of products. The optimized selection and sequence of products minimize unproductive retooling and setup times and thus maximize the product throughput of the plant.
The ros2 tool has been implemented as a framework that can be extended via plugins. For example, the sros2 package provides a security sub-command that is automatically detected by the ros2 tool if the sros2 package is installed.
In my case I needed to create an API controller and the only solution that worked for me was to download from the visual studio installer, in the individual features section: all the features of the SKD.NET framework, all the .NET Framework support packages, ASP.NET and web development tools, and a few SQL features that I need.
On an unstacked, 2-D, area, bar, column, line, stock, xy (scatter), or bubble chart, click the data series to which you want to add a trendline or moving average, or do the following to select the data series from a list of chart elements:
If you add a trendline to a line, column, area, or bar chart, the trendline is calculated based on the assumption that the x values are 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, etc.. This assumption is made whether the x-values are numeric or text. To base a trendline on numeric x values, you should use an xy (scatter) chart.
Excel automatically assigns a name to the trendline, but you can change it. In the Format Trendline dialog box, in the Trendline Options category, under Trendline Name, click Custom, and then type a name in the Custom box.
On an unstacked, 2-D, area, bar, column, line, stock, xy (scatter), or bubble chart, click the trendline for which you want to display the R-squared value, or do the following to select the trendline from a list of chart elements:
