Hi Dr Upadhyay,

Nice case, congrats. Can you tell me, is it advisable to do RFA for a solitary liver mets for periamp. growth. I did a scan yesterday evening where a solitary liver mets present in a periamp growth which is otherwise operable.
We are  going to discuss the case tomorrow, I told them to get it operated and then we can do RFA OR IN SAME SITTING as it is a small lesion.
 Bye

Dear Manash,

If  they are going for operation for periampulary growth and in the same sitting they can do metastactomy or intraop RFA depending upon location of  metastasis

Ajay

dear saha
i saw your case
it is a good idea to do RFa of the hepatic lesion concurrently with surgery of colonic mass and you can do it with intra oparative U/S easily
