RF ablation for Osteiod Osteoma

Dear all.

I have one patient with Osteiod Osteoma of Lesser Trochanter with
nidus size of 9 mm on left side poster for RF Ablation tommarow.

Please Inform How to approach lesion , Through the sclerotic or from
posterior approach & also give me useful tips regarding this

just go through lateral aspect of course route is lengthy but safe

Dear Dr Mahesh,

Make sure you have the longer bone trephine and cannula for the RFA electrode to reach the nidus.

Ah !! I also have seen your later post where you have successfully reached and ablated the Oo....
