RFA +TACE ot TACE+RFA

Dear  friend,

I have a patient with 5 c.m.HCC at segment VI of liver HBs ag +ve with good Liver function M/73

we have decided  to TACE + RFA + oral therapy

Please give your opinion  for  whether  to do RFA 1st and than TACE  or TACE 1st  than RFA

your best bet is RFA the night before followed by tace. 

But please try to be subselective.
