New RTM Training Online

Hi Everyone,

I hope you are well, safe and healthy. The Rutgers Center on Public Security just created a new RTM Training Online course with new content and a new format. It's hosted on the RCPS website, free and open to anyone.

The 'beta" version of the RTM Training Online course is up and running for testing. We thought you'd be interested in giving it a try first. Your feedback is welcome, so let us know what you think.
