I remember Dr. Caplan said last year that a software for RTM was being developed in collaboration with Azavea.

I would like to know when this software will be made available to the public?

Hi Charles and List

We are currently in the early stages of Beta testing. Depending on progress, I expect a broad public release to be made approx 6-12 months from now. There will likely be some licenses created to allow for free distribution, but I do not yet know under what circumstances that will be possible. We will first announce the software's availability on this RTM Google Group: http://groups.google.com/group/risk-terrain-modeling
