Over the past months, our community has consistently highlighted the importance of soft skills- communication, teamwork, adaptability, and leadership- as essential for success in research and beyond. While academic expertise is vital, it is often these interpersonal and leadership skills that determine how effectively we can collaborate, share knowledge, and make an impact.

Recognizing this, Rising Scholars launched the Soft Skills Series to directly respond to the needs and demands voiced by our community. This series is designed not just as a lecture space, but as an interactive forum where scholars can practice, reflect, and build capacity together.
