One of the keys to building a following (of any kind) is to earn it.
You need to be open, share, or just add value to someone's day. There
are a lot of ways to do that. Rising Star Artists leverages 100 free
downloads and uses creative commons licensing. Now we all know that
there is no license on the planet to stop someone from stealing
content - the internet is just too unweildy to police and I'm not even
sure we want internet police do we?

Downloads" every week. It's primarily promoted on Twitter. I'm
sharing on this forum so if you haven't had a chance to hear people
