Payment of Balances for 1st half shortfall

Folks: a Lot of teams have NOT paid their balances for 1st Half arrears... This money is DUE now and payment links have been sent to the contacts listed...

Please note that all rainouts are charged to teams as Cricbay does not get any refunds for rainouts. For the last 5 months - we had 2 weekends of rainouts: 2/8-9 and 3/1-2

Teams that have payment pending with contacts that received invoices are as follows. Payment is due asap. you dont need an account with paypal to make the payment. just a credit card.

Here is the original communication on this:

We are opening enrollment in Reserved Grounds Pool for 2nd Half of 2014. We will have 2 pools South Bay and East Bay like in the first half and will continue with the Usage based deductions from an initial upfront charge. We expect the initial payment for the 2nd Half to be in the $500 range and will confirm the exact payment once we know the number of teams participating.

The end date for Enrollment is Friday May 30th (EOD).

In order to enroll, please use the link below and add your team into the spreadsheet along with contact and the pool (South Bay or East Bay) desired. All info in the sheet is required.

As you can see here, some teams have a balance remaining and others have a deficit. Teams that have a deficit, I will send you payment links that you can then go ahead and pay. For teams with a balance, we will reduce your 2nd half payments by the balance.

If you have any issues with this let me know.

This is also first notice of start of the pool for the second half. Please think about if you wish to continue participation in the second half of 2014 - July - Dec. 

I can tell you now that the cost will be about the same or less than first half...

I will communicate the mechanism to enroll for the 2nd half by the end of the week, so pls dont start sending emails at this time.
