Hi Ariel,

can you please keep an eye on my commits to https://github.com/AIFDR/riab/tree/109 and let me know if you have concerns?

I decided to let the new client live in the main repository, and I'm inclined to suggest that geonode-client be moved back into the geonode main repository as well. The main reason for this is to avoid versioning issues (in the case of geonode) and to have a simpler install story (in the case of riab).

Also, the client will be built by risiko-install. To avoid large downloads, ringojs is pulled in as zip and not built from source.

Let me know if you have any qeustions.

Andreas, I am happy with the location of the calculator and the installation method. Great job.

Also, I merged master to the openrdi branch of geonode.
