Wrap up refactoring

I'm writing to let you all know that I'm back from my vacation. If there are remaining issues to be addressed as part of the Risiko client refactoring, can you please point me to them? Then we can wrap up the refactoring as scheduled, before the FOSS4G conference.

Andreas,

Sorry for the late reply, I talked about this with Ole and believe
there are no more outstanding issues with the Javascript refactoring,
there are other items where we could use your help [1] but from the
comments on that ticket it is non trivial and can be dealt with at a
later stage.

Thanks again for your hard work, the client code is now easier to
understand and works much better.

Hi Andreas and welcome back from holidays.
This is just to echo Ariel's words - we are extremely happy with the refactoring and thank you for great job done. Particularly, being able to finally query results online has made a huge difference in the usability of Risiko. From what I can see, the code is now also much easier to maintain.

next set of dev hours.
