return on 6th morning?

Hello, sorry for the repeated emails.

It seems people would want to return on 6th morning. This will get you into Delhi around noon, and you can take a connecting flight/travel to your destination the same day.

I am booking everyone who is traveling by train on 6th morning train, unless you want to hang around on 6th, and take the 6:50PM Shatabdi.

If you want to take the evening train, please update this sheet.

I will send this for booking tomorrow to ensure that we get the seats, so please reply ASAP.

1100 – 1300         Visit to Respective Departments

I am rather surprised that for a once in a life time event one would want to skip "Visit to respective departments" for couple of hours to meet our teachers and other members and take a tour of the current state of the facility.

I was wondering of even leaving on the 7th early morning train.

I for one would travel back by the evening train on the 6th as planned.

Would you be so good as to give a detailed itinerary. I know you sent one earlier, but could you fill in the gaps -- times, locations of stay, etc. This is for our own personal planning. Also, the official Roorkee registertaion form asks for the means and time of arrival - what will it be for us?
 
Of course, we agree in advance that all the above is tentative.

Please check you have the sizing right for the hoodie. I noticed that people like Rajesh Maheshwari had filled out XL. Since I wear a L and am pretty much the same size as him, I think you guys should make sure you have US sizing in there. Look at the link below for more guidance.

I and Abhai will not be able to make it for the Rishikesh trip. We very much wanted to come, but have to balance this with our other time commitments. Do take lots of pictures and share with us when we meet up in Roorkee on the 4th. Hope you guys have a blast.

Rajesh and Abhai we'll miss you. Can't promise if the goodies will last till Roorkee.

Panesar, I just had a call from Arvind Gupta of E&C and he will like to join the trip. In case you can let him know if he can step into Maheshwari's 'big' shoes that will be great. I have copied him on this mail.
