Rise editor on Windows 8.1 problem (5.5.0.15)

On my computer with Windows 8.1 I don't see possibility to define input and output arguments for custom methods. Please see attached screens:

Hi!

Sorry I initially misunderstood your post (didn't see the relevant snapshot). However, I fail to recreate the incident. I've used RISE 4.5.0.15 on a 64-bit Windows 8.1 Pro. I get the expected result, see below.
