I need some help installing the RISE Server. My computer is running Windows XP Pro sp 3. When I run the setup.exe file, the program BEGINS to install but before it is finished a window pops up and tells me that "The installer was interrupted before RISE.WebService could be installed. You need to restart the installer to try again."
What do I need to be doing differently in order to install the Rise Server?
