PHP Web Service doesnt work

I generated the code sample in the rise editor.
I save them in my www root folder. Common folder for wampserver.
I also generate the sql statement to build the table in mysql.
But then, when i try put a value to a field and click execute method, i got the kind of message.
"There are multiple root elements. Line 2, position 2."

How do I solve this problem?
