When having deleted an Entity from the model, then there is still a reference to choose from in the View Item.

This is how to generate:
1. Drag an entity into the drawing field (which becomes i.e. Entity2)
2. Right click an choose "remove from model", then "yes"
3. Drag a View into the drawing
4. In the dropdown there's still the Entity2, but nowhere else

any comments ?
