Deploying on DevZone

After having lots of problems getting RISE generated php and mysql to
work. I thought I'd try out the DevZone tool.

I refactored my RISE model and then tried to deploy it in my DevZone
but was met with this pile of fail.

Any idea what I should have done differently?
