Multiple Root Elements

I pointed the "Test Web Services" page to the specific
Prefix.WS.Interface.php file, and got rid of the 404 error, but
although I seem to be much closer to successfully utilizing the power
of RISE, unfortunately now, I am getting a new problem.

I have refactored, deleted the database, and re-generated my PHP
fresh. From the "Test Web Services" page, I am calling a basic method
(new), for a simple entity with only one extention relationship. The
record is never added to the table and I get the following error:

"There are multiple root elements. Line 2, position 2".

What does "root element" mean?
To what file does "Line 2, Position 2" refer?

I would like to be able to proceed with development without constantly
annoying you fine people, but I don't understand were to find an
explanation of such messages, or their proposed resolution.

Where can I find this type of trouble-shooting information without
having to resort to this forum?

Thanks In Advance!
Joshua

Hi Joshua,
This one puzzles me. If you don't mind sending me the model, I can try
to see if there is something in it that might explain this.

You may use the address you got in the earlier e-mail reply.
